                WILL power is the ability to act on a particular desires,out of many(sometimes conflicting desires)more will power leads to better self control.self-control is the ability to resist one’s urge(emotional/behavioral) when confronted by temptations,to achieve a particular goal.will power helps us delay gratification,resist immediate temptations so as to achieve long-term goals.will power helps us to consciously shift attention from an unwanted thought,feeling or impulse towards goal directed behavior. will power is the competition between two parts of mind.one wants to make changes and other wants to stay comfortable.will power is finite.it is the same source that gets depleted no matter you do.so for any decision you take or any activity you do,it is the same source that get tapped.will power can be increased drastically.

               Will power is not the easy options that will give you immediate pleasure,but the hard task that will give you long term achievements.will power is like muscle,when used it gets tired.during day in all the decisions where we have to choose from 2 or more options will power is used.if you don’t rest the will power muscle,you will run out of it completely before the day ends.To rest the will power muscle we have to  plan the thing,first thing first avoid unnecessary task and don’t resist too much.hence your will power muscle will get less pressure and it will be in power saving mode.will power weakening traps-being good today and planning good in future,gives us the permission to be bad( example-i have exercise today I deserve ice cream,i will eat only home made food from tomorrow so i can eat everything tonight)It is also called moral licens.
