Student Life:

            Student life is very important time.This is the time where we have both mental and physical energy to achieve our goals.It is very precious.It will never come again.If you spend your time wisely and planned manner you can get success in life.If you waste your student time in enjoyment you will have to pay for it in latter life.This is the time when life is made and your future is made.You have to be very careful in this phase of life.This is the time a little mistake can ruin your life and career.Every student should focus on their study and goals instead of outside distractions.It is the main role of parents and elders to guide the students for achieveing their goals in life.

Every student has to do a lot of brain work.Brain takes a major role in a student’s life.So you have to keep your brain healthy and focused.Now it is seen that many students are suffering from stress and anxiety.This is because of lack of self-esteem and confidence.Stress will not help you in your life rather it will drain your energy both physical and mental.

 

There are some brain drainng stresses of the students:

1-Environment:

Some students find it difficult to accept the fact that they are going for more challenging class.They don’t think whether they will leave their home and join college with atotally different environment.This even causes home sickness among the majority of the students.Some student feel scared and lonely in the new environment.They can not mix up with others easily and make new friends easily.They keep themselves away from others.This increases their loneliness more and more and hence it increases the stress in brain.Ultimately this stress lowers their performance in studies and other activities.So it is the duty of teachers and other people their to help such students getting comfortable with the new environment.This will definitely help them lowering the stress if they feel the environment friendly.

2-Peer group:

 A peer group is both a social group and a primary group of people who have similar interests, age, background, or social status. The members of this group are likely to influence the person’s beliefs and behaviour. Peer relationships have been considered to cause stress.Peers apply huge amount of pressure on behaviour,dressing code,music,choices of friends among other factors.When peer pressure demands that they act in ways with which they are not comfortable, it can cause teens to suffer from low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Teenagers often feel very strong emotions, leading to noticeable extremes in mood. It is the duty of teachers to take care of that no student should feel ashamed infront of other students and all the students should be taught to cheer up other students instead of making fun of them.Because all students are not same and their mental and emotional conditions are not same.

3-Workload:

Students defined their workload as the number of hours or the amount of effort required for studying, or for achieving their goals.Students now a days receive heavy workload from their teachers.For instance students have to work on several hours on completing their homework.Heavy academic workloads can cause feeling of nervous and anxious which cause stress if it persist in a longer period of time.Due to heavy workload the students don’t have time for other activities.They have no time to play or participate some extra activities.This lowers their thinking and creative power.They can not think beyond their studying.Student lose their originality and hidden talent within him.So there must be a balance between the academic study and extraactivities so that student can be stress free and can do some creative work.

4-Time Management:

Time is very important in life.Time is free for all of us but it is priceless.Everything you can earn again but if time is spent it can not be earned again.Even the richest man on earth can not buy time.Hence time is priceless.Time management plays a very important role in life.You have to plan accordingly on your day to day activities on priority basis.You have to spent much time on important things rather than unnecessary things.Those who know the time management properly can use time very wisely and gain success in life.Time management is another factor that causes stress among students.For instance it becomes hard to balance home activities,peer activities among the many activities that they are required to play.It is the responsibility of the parents,teachers and elders to teach time management to students.It is very important to know time management as it is never taught in any academic syllabus.

5-Parental Pressure:

Parental pressure is the main cause of stress among many students.Parents compare their children to become like other students who scores better.It creates stress and fear among students.Every student has different potential and qualities so we can not compare one with other.Like the sun and mooon can not be compared they shine when their time comes.Parents push their children to study hard inorder to succeed and score more marks than others.They even don’t allow their children to participate other activities other than study.This ruins the creative activity of a student and kills his independent thinking.He can not do anything according to his own will and always wants someone to help.Parental pressure is the major cause of stress among the students.It does not mean that parents should not say anything to their children about study but they should never compare and pressurise to act like someone else.Every parents love their childern and want their children to perform well and achieve something big in life.But this thinking sometimes make their children unnecessary pressure and burden in life.Parents should discover the hidden potential and talents in their children and encourage them to work according to their potential then the students can achieve big in life.

6-Poor Sleeping habits:

Our body and mind requres rest too.They functions whole day.So sleeping is very important for our body and mind.Research indicates that those students who don’t have enough sleep or have poor sleeping habits are likely to experience stress.There are many causes of not having enough sleep at night.These are watching movies,youtube videos,webseries and many more distracting activities developing among students day by day.These distractions never allow your mind to keep calm and hence poor sleeping occured.Busy day schedule and poor night sleep develops stress among students.Again it is resposibility of parents and the student himself to keep discipline in life style.Because your lifestyle creating your future.THe effort you are putting today in your life is creating your future accordingly.If you want a bright and successful future work accordingly from today and make your habits discipline.
