Everyone loves to sleep and everyone enjoys sleeping. There are some unfortunate fellows who can not sleep and become very desperate for it. They take even medicines for a sound sleep. Sleep is a blessing for all of us. It relaxes our mind and body. Sleep helps in physical and mental health. There is a limit for sleep. Sleep varies from age to age. For old persons and babies it is needed up to 8-9 hours per day. For a healthy human being 7 hours of sound sleep is enough for healthy living. As we know excess of everything is bad, excess of sleep is also bad for health too. It wastes our precious time and energy. You must have heard the saying early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy and wise. So for a healthy living early rise is key to success.

We always promised to wake up early every night, but fails to keep it every morning. It is because of our lack of self confidence and our laziness. Your laziness defeats you everyday. Your day starts with a defeat. You can not keep your promise to yourself. If You fail to keep your commitment to yourself how can you expect others to keep their commitment for you. You did not wake up early because you don’t want to loose your comfort. You are afraid of doing labor. You only want to dream big but do not want to work for it, how silly it is. Then you should not dream anything if you can not keep your commitment. Just allow the life the way it is going on. Many people take birth and just keep living as the way life is never tried to do anything different. Like this your life will be ordinary and no one will remember you. Do you really like to live such life.

If your life will go like this with laziness and inactive in life, nobody will give value in life. Nobody will ask you any suggestion. Everybody will think you as good for nothing. You will feel lonely and unwanted in life. Can you tolerate negligence of of your family, friends and near and dear ones. Due to your laziness and inactive everyone will try to insult you when they get a chance. Not only elders but also youngers will find a way to make you feel low in life. My dear friend life will become hell. So never allow laziness and inactiveness in life overpower you. Keep your self respect high and fight back with your laziness. Give your life a goal to achieve. Never ever accept defeat before laziness. Before you become unwanted for everyone try to show the world your real power by keeping your commitment.

If you wake up early morning and keep your promise to yourself, your day will start with a victory and confidence. When you wake up early when most of the people are in sleep, you are already 2-3 hrs. earlier than them. You are 2 hours ahead of them in life .Just remember 2 hours a day, 60 hours in a month and in a year how many hours you become ahead of them. Just imagine what can you do with that extra time. You can learn new skills, you can do exercise for good health and many more. With this extra work your life will change after a year, you become a different person you even can not imagine now. Utilizing that extra time your knowledge, personality become much more higher than it is now.

Remember if you want to fulfill your dream then you must have to leave your comfort zone. The person who wakes up the sun gets success in life not the person whom the sun wakes up. If you notice the life of all successful persons in the world, you will find one thing common that they are all early riser. My dear friend if you want to change your life you have to change your habits. Without working hard your life will not change and continue the way it is going on now. If you only plan for life sleeping and never take action nothing will happen in your life. You have to create your life, you have to work hard on you. If you are waiting for that person who will come and give you everything what you want, then see than person in the mirror. Yes that person in the mirror will change your life. Now wake up and start working on yourself. Never give up until and unless you get what you have dreamed.
