We all want to get everything in our life. We always want a big home, good wealth, Good health, happy relationships and all that is needed for our life. But we can not get all what we really want in our life. We see others are getting what they want according to their wish. We might think they are doing something magical that we do not do. WE feel jealous of their success and everything. We feel depressed and demotivated in our life. But the real fact is there is a very wonderful tool that can give you everything what you want in life. You just need to apply it in your life with belief and have faith on yourself. Every successful persons are applying it in their daily life and getting what they want in their life. You just need to apply in your life on daily basis and have faith on it. What is that tool called? That tool is AFFIRMATIONS. Yes it creates miracles in life and you can change your life. You can live your dream life with the help of daily affirmations.

What is Affirmation:

Affirmations are simple positive statements declaring specific goals in their completed states. An affirmation opens the door. It’s a beginning point on the path to change. Every thought you think every word you speak is an affirmation. All of our self talk, our internal dialogue, is a stream of affirmations. You are using affirmations every moment whether you know it or not. You are affirming and creating your life experiences with every word and thought. Affirmations can be positive and negative depending on your thoughts and words. Positive affirmations boosts your confidence and negative affirmations creates self doubts.

Why we need Affirmation in life:

Affirmations are simply any thoughts that we think  or any words that we order to ourselves. The thoughts in our mind and the words culminate our life experiences. Our thoughts create and our words are creative. These thoughts came to our mind when we were younger from our parents, teacher  and from our surroundings. These thoughts are implanted into our mind and we believe the world is like that as these people are saying. Our mind is programmed with these thoughts. When we grow older they began to play out and they play out in our life experiences. Positive thoughts will give you positive life experiences and negative thoughts will give you negative life experiences. our mind is like a CD. You can only experience what is recorded on that. If you want to enjoy something else then you have to record first on that CD. Our mind is like that too. You have to reprogram your mind with positive things in order to live a positive life. The tool to reprogram the mind with positive thoughts is Affirmations. It’s all about what we think, what we speak and what we believe about ourselves. In simple Affirmation is self talk. You can say also Affirmation is self blessing. We always want blessing from elders or other persons. You can bless yourself through Affirmations. What you want from others in blessing is already inside you. You can get it by reprogramming your thoughts and beliefs.

How can we send Affirmation to our Subconscious mind:

As we all know we have subconscious mind and conscious mind. Subconscious mind controls many things of our life. So if we can send  our affirmation, our messages  or self talk  to our subconscious mind, it starts working to make it reality in our life. Conscious mind works as a gate keeper or guard to our subconscious mind. Conscious mind can be called as logical mind. It always thinks logically. Our Affirmations should pass through the conscious mind to reach the subconscious mind. If your affirmation can not reach to your subconscious mind what ever you do it will not become reality in your life. So you should know the right process of sending affirmations to your subconscious mind.

      When ever you give any affirmation to yourself it has to pass through a security check before reaching to subconscious mind. The security check is our conscious mind. It asks questions regarding to your affirmation. If you fail to answer, it will not pass your affirmation to your subconscious mind. For example if you are not rich in reality but talking to yourself that I am rich, then your conscious mind will question if you are rich why you have loans in banks and will not pass your affirmations. If you are not healthy and talking That I am healthy, then your conscious mind will ask if you are healthy why are you taking medicines daily. In this way your conscious mind will apply logic on every affirmation and will not pass it to your subconscious mind. You have to answer your conscious mind other wise it will drop all your affirmations as junk and it will never become your reality in life. At last you have no choice left except saying that affirmations won’t work in life in reality.

       In reality affirmations work in life if you have the right way to send the affirmations directly to your subconscious mind bypassing the conscious mind. The main challenge is to bypass the conscious mind to avoid it’s logics. For this we have to wait for the time when our conscious mind is not fully active or fully alert. If you give your affirmation when your conscious mind is not fully active or alert then it will directly reach to your subconscious mind. Our conscious mind or logical mind is not fully active in three times a day. These times are just before sleep, Just after wake up in morning and after meditation. When we are going to sleep but not slept yet our conscious mind is not fully active and it is in a stage of  half conscious ,just after wake up in the morning our conscious mind is not fully active and it remains in a state of  half conscious and just after a deep meditation our conscious mind is not fully active or alert. This is the right time to send your affirmation directly to your subconscious mind and subconscious mind starts working to make that happen in reality.

       In the above three times if you give affirmation to your subconscious mind it will work. Except the above three times if you want to give affirmation to your subconscious mind then you should know the right process. Unless all your efforts will be lost. In the day time when your conscious mind is fully active if you give affirmation in the right way then only it will allow affirmation to reach the subconscious mind. Otherwise all your time and energy will be wasted. In day time if you want to send affirmation to your subconscious mind you have to give it in continuous tense or in progressive way. It means there is no full stop, it is a process like I am on the way. When you talk about process our conscious mind accepts that process. Please check in our life there is no full stop and it is a process and continuing. Everybody always tries to grow up from where he is right now. If you are rich now, you can be more rich because there is no limit or full stop. Like this if you are healthy you can be more healthy. Like this in life there is no limit and no full stop, it is a continuous process. This rule is applied to all. So when your conscious mind is active you need to talk in continuous. For example you are not rich, but if you tell I am  rich, then the conscious mind will not accept and do not pass to our subconscious mind. On the other hand if you say I am getting rich  day by day or I am on the way of richness your conscious mind will accept it and pass it to subconscious mind. If you talk about health staying in hospital like I am  healthy, then your conscious mind will not accept it and drop it before reaching to subconscious mind. So you have to say I am on the way of wellness or I am recovering day by day, your conscious mind will accept the process. Our conscious mind understands the continuous or the process and if you talk about full stop it raises logical questions. When you talk about process there is no chance of complain. When our affirmation reach to our subconscious mind it will connect to the universe and make our belief in to reality.

How does affirmations work:

 Positive affirmations can influence our subconscious mind and our deepest beliefs, followed by a change in our attitude and behavior. We can make changes in ourselves and our material world. When we constantly repeat the same thing over and over, and over again, our mind makes an adaptation, and we eventually start to believe that the thing we consistently repeat is an ultimate truth. When you write speak and think affirmations the right way you can change every aspect of your life. Remember you are not trying to change something outside of yourself. Instead you are changing your inner world. You will start to see the world from a different perspective, and you will start to feel more positive experiences. Make affirmations a part of your daily routine and turn them into a habit. Read, speak and think them as much as possible and please put powerful emotions into your voice.

What is the right way to do affirmations:

 The purpose of affirmations is not to force you into action so you can get something material that would make you happy. Instead, it makes you aware that happiness comes from our inner thoughts and feelings, from the way we perceive the world and everything around us. There is no doubt that affirmations have the power and potential to change every aspect of your life. However, no amount of mechanical speaking will do any good. You must internalize them and put real power and emotions in your voice while you’re speaking them. Be persistent. Do not give up although it might seem from time to time that nothing is happening. Eventually you will reprogram your subconscious mind and your entire perception will be changed. You will raise your vibrations to such levels, that the universe will reward you with the finest gifts and blessings you could possibly experience in a lifetime.
