1-Overthinking
Overthinking as the name suggests thinking too much without doing anything. In Overthinking we think about consequences if this happens if that happens and become panic unnecessarily. Overthinking creates an illusion of panic results and makes you fear more and more. But in reality the situation is much less bad as you think and rethink. The overthinking brain cannot translate these thoughts into actions or positive outcomes, so therefore creates feelings of stress and anxiety. The act of overthinking can be linked to psychological problems such as anxiety and depression, although it’s hard to know which happens first in each individual. It’s sort of like a “chicken or egg” type conundrum. Either way, it’s apparent that overthinking can cause your mental health to decline. So just do not keep on thinking and rethinking take actions. If you take actions the fear of illusion will be broken and you will face the reality. When you see the reality you realize that it is not that much hard as you thought and became panic at that moment. Overthinking wastes your time and energy and makes you paralyze mentally. Worrying is a negative feeling. Simply you can say afraid of the result of your deeds. What will happen this is the question in mind moving again and again in worrying. Be confident in life and face what ever coming in your life. Worrying makes you weak. Worry is intended to protect us from our fear, and yet it can lead to dwelling on things that will never happen. When we face our fears head-on, they tend to diminish. Worrying can be a productive mental exercise, but it can cross a line and become excessive. When that happens, worrying can be harmful to your mental health. Research suggests that consistent worrying can have both short- and long-term effects on your well-being. Worrying generally indicates to the future. If you stop thinking about future and start living in present worrying will be stopped. So my friends stop worrying and start living.
3-Living in the past:
Many of us remembers past incidents again and again. Whether it is good or bad remembering the past makes you miss good sights of the present. Past is only present in the form of Memory in your brain, Physiologically past does not exist. Past only exists psychologically in your mind. Generally we remember the good moments of the past and expect same thing should happen every time. Likewise we remember the bad moments of the past and worry why that happened in our life. In both cases it is only waste of time and energy. Because the happy past can never come again and why that bad moment occurred question can never be solved. Instead of dwelling in the past enjoy the present moment. Focus on the present moment and make it the best. Living in past can give you nothing but worry and anxiety. If you are moving in a car and always looking back then you will miss the beautiful sights coming on the way. Like this if you always think about past and live in the past you will not get what you want in your life. Forget the past because what happened good or bad it can never be changed or lived again. So why to think about that past on which we have no control. Just move on and make your present a meaningful life. Do not let the shadow of past ruin your present life.
4-Trying to make Everyone Happy:
Remember whatever you do there is someone who will never be happy. What ever you for them it’s not enough for them. So just forget them. You can not please everyone in life. We are linked to everyone if you make someone happy other person will be unhappy. It’s like a net if you pull one side other side will feel stress. Trying to please everyone is a recipe for stress, misery and frustration. Be yourself and it will be good to know who is down with that. Pleasing everyone is never a responsibility. If they like you for who you are, good. If not it’s their problem not yours. Everybody does not have to like you. That is not their job. Liking you is not anyone’s purpose in life except yourself. If everyone is happy with you, then surely you have made many compromises in your life. As Steve jobs once said If you want to make everyone happy, do not be a leader just sell ice-cream. Trying to please everyone sometime you forget yourself, your goal, your dream and feel like living someone else life. Stop trying to please everyone and live your life according to your own will.
5-Self Doubt:
Sometimes in life you work for something really hard but you fail. That time you really need someone who can say do not worry try one more time. But generally that does not happen. People make fun of you and tell about your dream as impossible. People Try to demotivate you because they fear if you would do it what will they say to you. It’s there limits and they try to put you in it. But you should be deaf for them and never listen to their words. If you listen to them they will tell you many reasons why you can’t do it. Here the seed of self doubt is planted in your mind. You forget your goals and listen to their words and they teach you how weak you are. But in reality the truth is just opposite. Self-doubt occurs when we lack confidence or feel incapable of doing things we need to do. People who doubt about themselves experience uncertainty around things they can’t control or worry about things not going according to plan. Self doubt kills your inner potential and you feel like a looser. You can not live the life you have imagined and always bound to live a like that someone else wants you to live. You can not work for your goals rather work for someone’s goal. You will find yourself nowhere in life. So my dear friends never listen to the naysayers. Believe in yourself and work for your goals.
